COMPLAINTS TO THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL
The letters down below represent the complaints filed against Justice Michel C. Caron and now Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Wagner, The appointment of Justice Richard Wagner to the Supreme Court by the Attorney General of Canada was concurrent with the time, during which, he was in the process of rendering Judgment affecting the rights and obligations of the very party sued; while receiving from same party (Attorney General) professional and lifelong benefit, by way of an appointment from a Lower Court to the Supreme Court during my lawsuit for a sum of $47,400,000.
Les lettres ci-dessous représentent les plaintes déposées à la Magistrature contre le Juge Michel C. Caron et à présent Juge en Chef de la Cour Suprême Richard Wagner. La nomination du Juge Richard Wagner fut concurrente avec le temps, durant lequel, il était dans le processus de rendre son jugement affectant les droits et obligations du même partie (Procureur Général du Canada) que celui visé au dossier, tout en recevant des bénéfices à vie de par sa nomination à la Cour Suprême dans ma poursuite en justice pour une somme de $47,400,000.
NB: The portion of my verbal request made in open court for the récusation of Justice Richard Wagner, after finding out that he was a long time friend and associate of the Trial Judge, has disappeared from court records. It was rather replaced by a note in the decision of the  sitting judge, attesting that I had abandoned my request without mentioning the nature of said request.

NB: La portion concernant la requête verbale enregistrée devant la cour d'appel pour la récusation du Juge Richard Wagner, après avoir découvert qu'il était un ami et associé de longue date du juge de première instance, a disparu des records de la cour.  Elle fut plutôt remplacée par une note écrite dan la décision du juge présidant l'audience, attestant que ma requête fut abandonnée, sans faire mention du sujet de la dite requête.
