​RCMP FLANAGAN'S DEATH

All the documentation used for the Analysis of RCMP Flanagan's death emanates strictly from the RCMP and the Attorney General of Canada. These documents are public records, as filed before the Lower Courts of Canada in Alain Olivier v. Attorney General of Canada: 500-05-058936-004
NB: The Lower Courts of Canada (Superior and Appeal Court) came to the conclusion that there was no evidence at all supporting my allegations that Force members had lied about the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of RCMP Corporal Derek Flanagan. For anyone eager to know the truth, please read info down below, before saying that my allegations to that effect are unfounded. I challenge anyone caring for the truth to look at the evidence (over 170 pages of RCMP false statements, contradictions & perjuries) and to say the documentation isn't supporting my allegations. If you can't, have the courage to denounce it. 

QUESTIONS: What motivated judges of the court to allow Force members to lie in all impunity and to close their eyes to what amount to 174 pages of RCMP's lies, contradiction and perjuries related to the circumstances surrounding RCMP Derek Flanagan's death?  If they could close their eyes to this, what else did judges of the Lower Courts close their eyes to, to avoid any critic against the RCMP and the Attorney General?
NB: Les tribunaux canadiens (Cour Supérieur et d'Appel) en sont venu à la conclusion qu'il n'y avait aucune preuve supportant mes allégations que les membres de la GRC avaient menti sur les circonstances entourant la mort tragique du Caporal Derek Flanagan. Pour quiconque désireux de savoir la vérité, s.v.p. prenez le temps de lire les informations ci-dessous, avant de dire que mes allégations à cet effet sont non-fondées. Je défis quiconque en faveur de la vérité à regarder la preuve (174 pages de faux témoignages mensonges et parjures) et de dire que la preuve ne supporte pas mes allégations. À défaut de ne pouvoir le faire,, ayez le courage de le dénoncer.

​QUESTIONS: Qu'est-ce qui a bien pu motiver les juges de la cour à permettre à des membres de la GRC de mentir en toute impunité et à fermer les yeux sur ce qui représente 174 pages de faux témoignages, contradictions et parjures à l'égard des circonstances entourant la mort du Caporal Derek Flanagan? S'ils ont pu fermer les yeux sur ceci, sur quoi d'autre se sont-ils fermés les yeux, afin d'éviter toute critique à l'endroit de la GRC et du Procureur Général?
