REQUESTS FOR THE INSTITUTION
                                       OF A PUBLIC INQUIRY
                           INTO RCMP DEREK FLANAGAN'S DEATH

Herein below represents a portion of my letters to Ottawa for the institution of a public inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the tragic death of RCMP  Cpl. Derek Flanagan and the RCMP Public Complaints Commission's cover up in the Operation Deception file. The Attorney General is in possession of the Analysis of RCMP Derek Flanagan's death since 2013, as well as all the evidence corroborating its content. Despite my multiple letters over the years, my demands have always been ignored.  Although my first requests for a public inquiry was in 1994 (See in DOCUMENT for year 1994), the portion down below only covers my communication with Ottawa for the year 2007 to 2024.

Le Procureur Général est en possession the l'Analyse de la mort de RCMP Derek Flanagan depuis 2013, ainsi que toute la preuve se retrouvant à son contenu. Malgré mes lettres multiples à travers les années, mes requêtes ont toujours tous étés ignorées. Bien que mes premières requêtes pout l'institution d'une enquête publique datent de 1994 (voir MENU pour l'année 1994), la portion ci-dessous couvre seulement ,a communication avec Ottawa pour 2007 à 2024.
